Albany Ninja Lab

Albany Ninja Lab is the Capital Region’s ninja warrior gym and indoor playground, built for kids, teens, and adults who want a fun workout. Our 8,000 sq ft facility in Colonie features warped walls, salmon ladders, and rotating obstacle courses inspired by TV’s “American Ninja Warrior.” We offer Lil’ Ninjas classes (ages 3-5), youth & adult ninja classes, parkour training, private coaching, and strength conditioning sessions run by certified coaches.
